What kind of image are you building?
Aligned Practice Advisory works with NDIS providers to find and fix the gap between what should happen and what actually happens in practice.
From registration and establishment to audit readiness, operational drift, support-plan implementation and higher-risk practice, we help turn requirements into clear responsibilities, workable systems and evidence that reflects reality.
Here, image does not mean branding, marketing or appearance. It is the trust and impression your organisation earns through what participants, workers, families, leaders and the wider community actually experience — especially when something goes wrong. It is built through practice: whether people are heard, responsibilities are clear, workers are supported, decisions are fair, leaders respond appropriately, and the evidence reflects reality. The organisation people experience should be able to support the trust you ask of them.
Whether you are preparing to register, already delivering supports, approaching an audit, correcting an operational gap or implementing higher-risk supports, the issue is often the same: what should happen, what people understand, what they actually do and what the evidence shows have drifted apart.
Initial enquiries are free. Tell us what is happening, what you are preparing for, or where things are getting stuck. You do not need to know which service you need before you contact us.
Risk grows when the parts stop reinforcing each other.
A provider can have policies, systems and training in place and still be exposed. The problem is often not one missing document. It is that requirements, responsibilities, worker preparation, leadership oversight and evidence are not reinforcing each other.
Compliance should protect people, not punish them.

Jinneth Hernandez
I spent more than a decade working across disability and community services — from frontline and complex support environments through local area coordination, team leadership, service management and operations leadership.
Different roles, different organisations and different parts of the system, but I kept seeing the same operational problems: policies without clear responsibility, training that did not always become confident practice, information recorded but not acted on, and good people carrying risks they did not understand or create.
I chose to step outside and work across many. That's Aligned.
Support matched to your stage, responsibilities and risk
Registration & Establishment
Structured support to clarify registration scope, responsibilities, requirements and the operational foundations needed before service delivery begins.
Operational Assessment / Audit Readiness
R.I.T.C.H. examines Rules, Instructions, Tools, Checkpoints and Hard Truths through the Human, Practice and System lenses. Targeted audit-readiness support can also be scoped.
Implementation & Correction
The Aligned Cycle turns findings, obligations and defined operational problems into clear roles, workable workflows, usable resources, monitoring and evidence controls.
Support-Plan Implementation & High-Risk Practice
We translate current practitioner-developed plans and higher-risk requirements into clear operational responsibilities, worker preparation, documentation, monitoring and review controls.
Capability & Ongoing Support
Clearly scoped ongoing advisory support helps leaders maintain systems, follow through on actions and strengthen internal capability without creating consultant dependence.
You don't need another report. You need operational clarity.
We enter as colleagues, not auditors. We ask direct questions, teach the reason behind the requirement, and help turn obligations into practice people can understand and sustain. The goal is independence, not consultant dependence.
